Parliamentarian Petrus Leroy de Weever who is now facing trial in the "Fishpot" case is going on a slander campaign against his accuser local blogger Judith Roumou, by using Guyanese blogger Bibi Shaw (Saliva Hodge) to attack and slander Judith Roumou online. Bibi Shaw insists that Leroy de Weever is not a part of her attack. But according to emails sent by Bibi Saliva Shaw, she had issues with the local blogger, after her niece Uma related personal stories about her children to the blogger. Bibi Shaw has been sued and has lost in court for slander 5 times, and is facing further libel and slander cases in court. Bibi Shaw has no degree in journalism or as a reporter, she uses her site to attack people she feels that she has issues with. Although Bibi Shaw Hodge was called out by the Today Paper for mental instability. Bibi Shaw Hodge seems unable to stop her malicious attacks. Parliamentarian Leroy de Weever has a history of drunken assaults on many St Maarteners, including his wife, his sister former senator Millicent de Weever, and several business partners.
The Lands Recherché felt that they had enough evidence to turn the case over to the Prosecutor, it will be called the "Pot Fish" case.
Judith Roumou continues to blog about the island, as she awaits her day in court.
