St Martin uses the Euro, and the American dollar, most businesses accept the Sint Maarten (Antillian guilder) but be careful when converting money, learn how NOT to lose money during conversion. Yes, although the Antilles no longer exist (it hasn't since October 10th 2010, we still use a currency called the Antillian guilder, and we are still considered the Netherlands Antilles worldwide online. Why??? Because the St Maarten government is still stuck in 1987, so they have YET to have their IT specialist make the correction online officially (if the Sint Maarten government have IT specialist) But like I said, it'll get stranger.
